Information that Drive CI processes on behalf of lender customers through the Drive CI platform — including loan ledger data, collateral and vehicle records, and dealer business information — is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum between Drive CI and the customer, not by this Privacy Policy.
